ShagTools offers a variety of convenient shipping options to customers located in the United States.

All orders with Ground shipping will ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders with expedited shipping, including 2-Day and Overnight, will ship the same day if ordered before 12pm CST Monday through Friday.
We are not able to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes.
We reserve the right to require a signature and/or upgrade your shipping service/carrier based on the order total or products ordered.
Free Shipping Policy
ShagTools is glad to offer FREE Ground shipping to addresses in the contiguous US on qualifying orders over $75.
Not all products are eligible for free shipping due to their weight or size. If an item does not qualify (typically grout, mortar, floor patch, transitions and oversized items), this will be noted on the product detail page and shopping cart. If your order contains both qualifying and ineligible items, shipping charges will only apply for the ineligible items – other items will ship for free.
For all orders under $75, charges will be based on the weight of the order and the destination.
Expedited Shipping
At checkout, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (2-Day or Overnight Shipping). All expedited orders placed online must be received by 12:00 pm CST or your order may not ship until the following business day. Please note that transit times are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you would like to request same-day shipment of an expedited order after 12pm CST, please call to discuss your options.
International Orders
At this time, ShagTools is able to ship anywhere in North America (United States, Canada, Mexico). Orders outside of the contiguous US are not eligible for free shipping. Buyer agrees to pay all applicable customs charges and taxes.
