Shipping Methods

Online orders placed with standard shipping will ship via FedEx or UPS within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving, will be shipped on the next business day.  Estimated arrival times will vary depending on location; most orders will arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a ship notification via email, with tracking details.

Online orders will typically ship the next business day. Note, overnight delivery is the next business day. Two-day shipping is two business days. All shipping estimates exclude weekend delivery.

Free Shipping

Shagtools.com is glad to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to US addresses on qualifying orders over $75.00, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Some products are not eligible for free shipping – typically these are grout, mortar, floor patch and some larger items such as rolls of underlayment. In the case where there are both qualifying and ineligible items in the same order, shipping charges will only apply for the ineligible items – other items will ship for free. For all orders under $75.00 charges will be based on the weight of the order and the destination. This offer is valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). If you select an expedited shipping method, shipping charges will apply.  All applicable shipping costs will be calculated at time of purchase and added to the cart total prior to completing order. Certain exclusions apply on overweight and oversized items.

Next Day and 2nd Day Services

At checkout, you will have the option of upgrading your FedEx shipping method for faster delivery (Two-Day or Overnight Shipping). All orders will ship the next business day. Please take this into consideration when using these services. Please note that transit times are in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by FedEx subject to their terms and conditions.

Shagtools.com makes its best efforts to meet the timing requested for delivery. If FedEx is not in operation due to extreme weather conditions or holidays, we are not responsible for any delays in the arrival of your order.

International Orders

Shagtools.com is happy to service our Canadian & other International customers and we will do everything possible to keep freight charges to a minimum. We will notify you of the shipping charges for your approval before shipping. Buyer agrees to pay all applicable customs charges and taxes.

We offer international shipping options via FedEx. A shipping quote for most orders can be seen in the shopping cart and during order review prior to checkout. Additional lead times may apply. Please contact us if you need assistance with a shipping quote.

If a shipping quote is not shown online, your order is likely too large or heavy to ship parcel and may require shipment by air or ocean freight. In these cases, a broker may be required. Please contact us for details and further assistance.

Additional Shipping Information

Shagtools.com recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. FedEx does not ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Insufficient or incorrect addresses may be deemed undeliverable by FedEx. Every effort will be made to verify your address, but if an order must be re-sent, an additional shipping charge will apply.
