At ShagTools, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process to make it right. Please review our return and exchange policy below for details on how to return items.

Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below. In order to qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Item Condition: The product must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns require a valid RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, including expedited shipping fees.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Special Orders: Products that were custom-made or special-ordered.
  • Closeout Items: Products marked as final sale, closeout, or clearance items.
  • Gift Cards: These are not returnable or refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Details: Be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
  3. Receive RMA: We will provide you with an RMA number to include with your return shipment.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% or reject the return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to initiate the return process and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange. If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
