Return Policy

Returns and Replacements

We stand by our products want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  In addition:


  • Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Returns must be received in new condition with the original packaging and accessories to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Customers will receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the items.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (including expedited shipping and international orders)
  • Shipping costs associated with any return will be the responsibility of the customer (excluding defective or damaged items)
  • Special order items and/or closeout (sale/discounted) items are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Return Instructions

Please contact us for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to initiate any return. You may contact us by using our online contact form or calling us toll-free at (833) 464-7424. When requesting a return, please provide us with your order number, reason for return and whether you wish to exchange the items or receive a refund. A return authorization number is required for processing any return shipment.

If any merchandise you received is damaged or defective, we will fully cover the costs of shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please allow 3 to 5 days for to process your refund or exchange upon receipt of returned merchandise. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% or reject a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined here in our returns policy.
