For all orders under $100.00 charges will be based on the weight of the order and the destination. All applicable shipping costs will be calculated at time of purchase and added to total prior to completing order. Certain exclusions apply on overweight and oversized items.

Shagtools.com is glad to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING within our distribution territory on all Schluter Systems orders over $100.00. All Schluter Systems orders less than $100.00 have a flat shipping rate of $23.00.

Canadian & other International Customers

Shagtools.com is happy to service our Canadian & other International customers and we will do everything possible to keep freight charges to a minimum.  We will notify you of the shipping charges for your approval before shipping.   Buyer agrees to pay all applicable customs charges and taxes.

Shipping Methods

Most products purchased on shagtools.com are shipped via UPS or common carrier and will arrive within 2-5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for non-stock/special order items. You will be promptly notified of any exception with your order. At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a ship notification via email.

Next Day and 2^nd Day Services

Orders requested via UPS Next Day should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends) after leaving our warehouse. Orders sent via UPS 2^nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by UPS subject to their terms and conditions. Orders must be placed by 12:00 (CT) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day’s Next Day or 2^nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.

Shagtools.com makes its best efforts to meet the timing requested for delivery. If UPS is not in operation due to extreme weather conditions or holidays, we are not responsible for any delays in the arrival of your order.

Additional Shipping Information

Shagtools.com recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. UPS does not ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Insufficient or incorrect addresses may be deemed undeliverable by UPS. Every effort will be made to verify your address, but if an order must be resent an additional shipping charge will apply. If you require a “Signature Only” delivery please indicate this in the additional comments field during the online checkout process or while calling in an order. If proof of delivery has been provided and “Signature Only” was not requested, shagtools.com is not responsible for any stolen packages from the delivery location.
