I ordered a pair of proknee knee pads from you on April 5th they got to me on the 7th this was my 1st purchase with Shagtools and I am sorry I don't know the name of the lady who answered my call (Debbie) she was very patient and helpful. Proknee's website had a company local to me listed as a distributer I contacted them they were fifty dollars higher than Shagtools and it would take two weeks to get them you had them in stock and out the door the same day. Thank You I am very pleased with the whole transaction you have earned a new customer.

 

I just wanted to say that I received ALL of my tools in very good time, and was VERY VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.  I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of service that I was given, and the thorough customer service..there were a few little issues with my order (nothing u guys did, just loose ends on my part) and Juan called me quickly to clear up any questions.  I will MOST DEFINATELY BE RECOMMENDING EVERYONE TO YOU GUYS!  THANK YOU!

 

Topic: online tool sales   Anyone ever buy anything from www.shagtools.com?  I placed an order for some items with another site last week.  This week I was going to order a kool glide pro model iron.  I found Shag tools was cheaper on everything I ordered.  They have all 4 types of kool glide tape as well as the glue sticks.  They seem to have more stuff than any other site I have seen.
